When we walk grounded in our bodies connected with Mother Earth and our true Self, we move from separation to wholeness and healing occurs, in many dimensions, and in our bodies:
Mentally: From thoughts “bubbling” all the time, we reach a calm, a “quieter” mind. Thoughts like e.g. that there is not enough time for all the musts, I have to perform a little more before I can have… peace, joy, love… thoughts of not being good enough, not being loved… all spinning thoughts calm down. A new clarity and peace of mind takes place. Our reality shifts and we understand that with our thoughts we are co-creators of what we experience. We can consciously stay connected with our self and choose how we face a situation and another person.
Emotionally: feelings such as fear, anger, sadness, guilt, shame are experienced in the Now for what they are, being integrated and transformed and we are freed to love ourselves, and others, fully. The joy that is always vibrating in the energy field takes more and more place as a natural part of life. We move from feelings of separation to healing feelings of love, joy, compassion, togetherness, etc…
Physically: New neural pathways are “installed” when we no longer live in the history that we project onto the future. When the bodies stop living in survival mode, such as fight and flight, we become healthier with stronger immune systems and a range of other positive health effects. When we ground ourselves in the Now, we give ourselves the opportunity to listen to what the body wants to tell us. And the more we give our body attention and love, the more the body responds by letting the life energy flow joyfully.
